Grant of Share Options

Date 5 June 2014 London & Associated Properties PLC (the "Company") Grant of Share Options The Company announces that on 4 June 2014 the Board of the Company approved theissue of an option over 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company tothe Company Secretary, Heather Curtis. The grant was made pursuant to the Company's existing HMRC approved share planthat was originally established in 1986. The grant was to replace theunexercised portion of an existing option granted to her in October 2003 thatlapsed in October 2013 by effluxion of time. The exercise price is 49.5 pence per ordinary share and the earliest exercisedate is 4 June 2017. The option will lapse on the tenth anniversary of grant.As with the original 2003 grant there are no performance conditions attachingto the exercise of the option.
