Grant of Share Options
Further to the announcement on 2 July 2014, LiteBulb (AIM: LBB), the brand and product development specialist, announces that options over a total of 9,259,260 new shares ("New Share Options") have been granted, representing 0.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, at an exercise price of 0.81 pence per ordinary share, subject to the terms of the Company's Unapproved share option scheme.
The allocation of the New Share Options is detailed in the following table:
