Tungsten Corporation plc (the "Company")
Grant of Share Options
Tungsten Corporation plc announces that on 26 July 2016 ("Grant Date") it has granted share options to various employees across the business. Options over a total of 1,112,906 Ordinary Shares, each with an exercise price of 43.45p per share (being the average closing share price on the five days prior to the Grant Date) have been granted under the terms of the UK Share Option Plan and the US Stock Option Plan. These options will vest annually, in equal proportions, over a period of four years.
As part of these grants, Tungsten has made awards to Directors and PDMRs as follows:
