Grant of Share Options
WYG, the global project management and technical consultancy, announces that on 7 July 2017 nil cost options were granted over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Options") to PDMRs.
Options granted under the WYG Performance Share Plan were as follows:

The above Options granted under the WYG Performance Share Plan will vest on the date that the Remuneration Committee determines that the performance condition relating to the period ending 31 March 2020 has been satisfied. Vesting of the above Options will be determined in equal measure by the achievement of absolute EPS growth targets and relative total shareholder return ("TSR") targets (as approved by shareholders at the 2015 AGM) with TSR measured against a comparator group of support services companies drawn from the FTSE SmallCap, FTSE Fledgling and AIM indices.
Following the above grants the interests of Douglas McCormick and Iain Clarkson, both directors of the Company, in the ordinary shares of WYG are as follows:
