Norish PLC19 September 2007 Norish plc ("Norish" or the "Company") 19 September 2007 Grant of Share Options and Change of Auditors and Registered Address Norman Hatcliff, Managing Director of Norish, has on 18 September, 2007 beengranted options exercisable over 140,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.25each at an exercise price of 58 pence per share, exercisable between the thirdanniversary of the date of grant and the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.Norman Hatcliff's shareholding stands at 10,000 ordinary shares of €0.25 each,representing approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital of Norish and he isthe beneficial owner of 148,000 share options. Aidan Hughes, Finance Director and Company Secretary of Norish, has on 18September, 2007 been granted options exercisable over 110,000 ordinary shares ofnominal value €0.25 each at an exercise price of 58 pence per share, exercisablebetween the third anniversary of the date of grant and the tenth anniversary ofthe date of grant. Aidan Hughes' shareholding stands at 14,000 ordinary sharesof €0.25 each, representing approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital ofNorish and he is the beneficial owner of 121,750 share options. Norish is pleased to announce that Grant Thornton has been appointed auditors tothe Company replacing KPMG with immediate effect in accordance with Section 160(7) of the Companies Act 1963. A resolution under Section 160 (1) will bepresented at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. This appointmenthas been approved by the Company's Audit Committee.
