Grant of Share Options

·; Grant of Share Options

On 18th November 2010, options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company were granted to the following directors:-

·; Charles Butler, Managing Director, was granted 13,986,232 options at the price of 4.28p

·; Clive Jones, Non-Executive Chairman, was granted 600,000 options at the price of 4.28p

·; Andrew Lapping and Graham Stevens, both Non-Executive Directors, were each granted 500,000 at the price of 4.28p

·; Guy Templer, Chief Operating Officer, was granted 2,800,000 options at the price of 4.28p

All of the above options are subject to the first third vesting after a period of twelve months, whereas the second third and final third of the options are subject to the achievement of share price targets with one third of the options vesting at each stage when the target share price is reached and maintained for a minimum period of 30 days. The individual share price targets are 9p and 11p.
