Grant of Share Options

The Company announces that on 5 November 2013 Mr Phil Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, was granted share options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). He was granted options to subscribe for 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 8.54 pence per share. These share options may be exercised from between the 1st September 2014 and the sixth anniversary of the date of their grant to the tenth anniversary of the date of their grant.
