Grant of Share Options
The Company announces that it has today, pursuant to the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan 2010, granted options to Chris Hill, Chief Financial Officer, to subscribe for up to 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £0.055 per ordinary share (the "Options") as follows:

Following the grant of the Options the total number of ordinary shares subject to options and which could, in the future, be issued is 95,200,000. This represents 7.90% of the current issued share capital of the Company which comprises 1,205,661,619 Ordinary Shares.
