Grant of share options
RTC announces the grant of share options over a total of 605,000 new ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain members of the Board and senior management team ("New Options"). The New Options were granted under the Company's EMI 2001 Share Option Scheme ("EMI Scheme") on 21 May 2013 as follows:

The exercise price of the New Options is 16 pence per share, which equates to the closing middle market price of an Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 20 May 2013. Subject to the achievement of performance conditions in certain cases as indicated above, the options can be exercised at any time from 21 May 2016 to 21 May 2023.
There are now a total of 1,507,081 options over Ordinary Shares outstanding, representing approximately 11.2 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. A further 520,000 options have been reserved for the grant to future key employees that are planned to be hired.
