Grant of share awards
On 24 April 2018, awards over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in Sanne Group plc (the "Company") were made to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Sanne Group plc Performance Share Plan, as follows:

Furthermore on the same date an award over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in Sanne Group plc (the "Company") were made to the Executive Directors under the Sanne Group plc Annual Performance Bonus Plan for the 2017 financial year, as follows:
