Air Partner Plc ("Air Partner" or "the Company")
Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme and PDMR Dealings
Air Partner, the global aviation services group, is pleased to announce that it has launched its 2021 Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme on 9 February 2021.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") at an exercise price of 54.96 pence, representing a 20% discount to the closing middle market price of the Shares on 11 January 2021 ("Options"), the dealing day before the invitation to participate was made. The Options have a contract start date of 1 March 2021 and are exercisable between 1 March 2024 and 31 August 2024.
34% of the eligible workforce elected to participate, and pursuant to these elections a total of 886,217 Shares under Option have been granted, equating to 1.39% of the current issued share capital.
Mark Briffa, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has elected to participate in the SAYE scheme and is included in the total figures above. Pursuant to the 2021 SAYE scheme, he has 19,650 Shares under Option. Joanne Estell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has elected to participate in the SAYE scheme and is included in the total figures above. Pursuant to the 2021 SAYE scheme, she has 32,751 Shares under Option.
