Grant of RSU's
Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM: MMX), the top-level domain registry company, announces that as interim CFO of the Company, part of Mr Disher's compensation will be satisfied by the award of 200,000 nil cost Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") per month. The RSUs will vest immediately and each RSU may be converted to one ordinary share of no par value in the Company when exercised.
