Grant of Options/PDMR and PCA dealings
Air Partner plc (the Company), the global aviation services group, announces that the following awards over ordinary shares of 1p each in Air Partner plc were granted under the Air Partner 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) on 10 July 2017:

The awards will ordinarily become exercisable on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued service and to the extent to which the performance conditions set for each award are satisfied.
The Company also announces that it has received notification on 12 July 2017 that Neil Morris, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, acquired 6,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company through his ISA at a price of 107p per share. In addition, the Company was also notified that on 12 July 2017, Neil Morris' wife, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company through her ISA at a price of 107p per share.
As a result, Neil Morris holds 6,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.012 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. His total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is 10,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.019 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
