Judges Capital PLC25 September 2007 25 September 2007 JUDGES CAPITAL PLC Director's Interests and Grant of Options The Company announces that, on 24 September 2007, it granted options over anaggregate of 49,000 Ordinary Shares, comprising options over 14,000 OrdinaryShares under the Company's Unapproved Plan and options over 35,000 OrdinaryShares under the Company's Approved Plan of which options over 10,000 OrdinaryShares were granted to Ralph Cohen, Finance Director of the Company. Theoptions are exercisable between three and 10 years from the date of grant at anexercise price of 94p per share. Ralph Cohen already holds options over 37,000 Ordinary Shares which were grantedunder the Company's Unapproved Plan.
