NETeller PLC07 June 2006 For immediate release Press release 6 June 2006 NETELLER PLC GRANT OF OPTIONS On 14 April 2006 the Company granted 1,970,000 options to Eligible Executivesover the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each under the NETeller PlcShare Option Plan. These options were granted at an exercise price of 806 pence.The period during which these options can be exercised is between 14 April 2007and 14 October 2009. Included within this amount were the following optiongrants to directors: Options Granted Gord Herman 200,000 Dale Johnson 100,000 Steve Lawrence 20,000 Don Lindsay 20,000 Ron Martin 300,000 John Webster 20,000 On 16 May 2006 the Company granted 200,000 options to Eligible Executives overthe Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each under the NETeller Plc ShareOption Plan. These options were granted at an exercise price of 688 pence. Theperiod during which these options can be exercised is between 16 May 2007 and 16November 2009.
