Grant of Options
Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting technology solutions for the financial services industry, today announces that it has granted options over a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares to certain directors of the Company ("Option Grants"). Details of the Option Grants are set out below:

Option Grants vest as follows: 50% after two years, 25% after three years and 25% after four years. The Option Grants have an exercise period of 10 years from date of grant, at which time they will expire. The exercise price is based on the closing mid-price on 24 May 2017, being the day following the release of the Company's results for the year ended 31 March 2017.
