Chariot (UK) PLC29 March 2006 For immediate release 29 March 2006 Chariot (UK) plc ("Chariot" or the "Company") Grant of Options On 20 March 2006, the Board granted the following options over ordinary sharesof 1p each in the capital of the Company to certain Directors of the Company,all such options being granted under the terms of the Chariot (UK) plc CompanyShare Option Plan ("CSOP"): Director No. of options granted Exercise price per share under CSOP Craig Freeman, Managing Director 173,000 £1.45Matthew Waterman, Finance Director 80,000 £1.45David Gray, Administrative Director 55,000 £1.45Philip Evans, Charities Director 42,000 £1.45 In addition, options over a further 67,000 ordinary shares of 1p each weregranted on 20 March 2006 to employees of the Company. All such options are exercisable between 20 March 2009 and 20 March 2016 (orearlier in certain 'good leaver' circumstances).
