Grant of options
The Company is pleased to announce that on 20 April 2009, the Directors approved the grant of options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Ross Eades, Chief Executive Officer of Kellan, under the Company's unapproved share option scheme.
The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant at a price of 5 pence per share, being the closing middle market price on 17 April 2009, the latest practicable date before his appointment became effective on 20 April 2009, pursuant to the terms of his employment contract.
