Grant of Options
The Company announces that yesterday the Board of Directors approved the grant of options over 140,850 ordinary shares to senior and middle management. The exercise prices of these options are based on the closing mid-market price on 29 March 2011 of 216.0p per share.
In particular, the Board has approved the grant to Mark Cambridge, CEO, of 21,750 share options under its EMI scheme and to Denis Mullan, Finance Director, of 3,100 and 10,000 share options under its EMI scheme and 2011 Unapproved Share Option Plan respectively.
These options were issued at an exercise price of 172.8p, a 20% discount to the closing mid-market price on 29 March 2011 of 216.0p.
