GRANT OF OPTIONS
GoldStone Resources Limited ("GoldStone" or the "Company") announces that on 31 March 2011 Jurie Wessels, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Hendrik Schloemann, Exploration Director, were each granted options to subscribe for a total of 2,700,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
The options are exercisable as follows:
