Grant of Options
Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announced its intention on 4 December 2019 to grant share options to Non-Executive Director, Kirsten English. The Company has now granted options over 70,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), with an exercise price of 47.5p pence per Ordinary Share.
The options will vest in equal annual instalments upon the first three anniversaries of appointment, with the first tranche vesting on 1 January 2021, and expire ten years from the date of vesting. Kirsten does not currently hold any other Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.
