3DM Worldwide PLC07 October 2005 Press Release 7 October 2005 3DM Worldwide plc ("3DM" or "the Company") Grant of Options 3DM Worldwide plc (AIM:TDM.L), which has developed and is now exploiting apatented plastic polymer moulding process, is pleased to announce the grantyesterday of options to the directors in recognition of services rendered and tobe rendered. The options have been granted as follows: 1. Peter Oldham, Managing Director - 250,000 options vesting immediately at 48 pence, being the mid-price at the time of grant and one million options vesting on 31 March 2006, of which 500,000 at 48 pence, being the mid-price at the time of grant and 500,000 at 75 pence. These options are exercisable within five years of the date of grant. 2. Ken Brooks, Chairman - 250,000 options vesting immediately at 48 pence, being the mid-price at the time of grant and one million options vesting on 31 March 2006, of which 500,000 at 48 pence, being the mid-price at the time of grant and 500,000 at 75 pence. These options are exercisable within five years of the date of grant. 3. David Shepley-Cuthbert, Financial Director - 400,000 options vesting on 31 March 2006, of which 200,000 at 48 pence, being the mid-price at the time of grant and 200,000 at 75 pence.
