Grant of Options under Share Option Plan
Arena Events Group plc (AIM: ARE), announces that share options to acquire ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Share Options") have been granted to incoming CFO, Steve Trowbridge, under the Company's existing Share Option Plan put in place at the time of the IPO in 2017 (the "Plan").
Steve will be issued 2,162,162 Share Options at an exercise price of 18.5p, vesting 720,721 on the third anniversary of grant, 720,721 on the fourth anniversary and 720,720 on the fifth anniversary.
The Awards shall vest only to the extent that the conditions set by the Remuneration Committee are satisfied and subject to the Rules of the Plan.
