Grant of Options under Share Option Plan
Arena Events Group plc (AIM: ARE), announces that share options to acquire ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been granted to certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Company's existing Share Option Plan put in place at the time of the IPO in 2017 (the "Plan").
The award of options were granted to the following PDMRs at an exercise price of 40 pence per ordinary share (the "Awards"):

The Awards shall vest only to the extent that the conditions set by the Remuneration Committee are satisfied and subject to the Rules of the Plan. 100% of the Awards are subject to an Earnings per Share performance condition, measured over a three year performance period. To the extent that the performance conditions are not satisfied, the Awards shall lapse.
