Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme
DFS Furniture plc, ("DFS" or the "Company"), has granted options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 6 December 2017 to the following director/PDMR under the SAYE Share Option Scheme:

The above options have an exercise price of 160.87p and are exercisable from 1 February 2021.
DFS's SAYE Share Option Scheme was formally launched on 16 November 2015 and is available to all permanent UK and Republic of Ireland employees. A total of 3,262,485 shares are currently under option for this scheme.
