The Company announces that the following grants under the Omega Insurance Holdings Limited Long Term Incentive Plan over the Company's common shares of US$0.10 each were made to the undermentioned PDMRs on 21 April 2010:

These awards relate to undertakings made by the Remuneration Committee of the previous Board.
Subject to certain performance conditions being met, the options will vest on a sliding scale basis over a period of between three and five years from the date of grant and may not be exercised later than the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. Such options that do not vest due to the performance conditions not being met will lapse.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1) (a).
