PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY") GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORSThe Company announces that the following Directors of the Company were grantedoptions over the ordinary shares of 5 pence each of the Company as detailedbelow on 16 December 2005.1,500,000 and 800,000 options were granted to S M Brickles and D S Francisrespectively under the Company's unapproved Share Option Plan.In addition options totalling 2,250,000 were granted to other staff members.All options were granted at an exercise price of 24.125 pence each, reflectingthe mid price at close of trading on 15 December 2005.
