Grant of options to Directors - correction

BIOQUELL PLC ("BIOQUELL") (LSE: BQE) announces that Nicholas Adams, Chief Executive of BIOQUELL, and Mark Bodeker, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, have been awarded options ("Options"), with vesting pre-conditions, over ordinary BIOQUELL shares with an exercise price of 155p.

Mr Adams has been awarded 169,355 Options. Mr Bodeker has been awarded 149,032 Options.

In order for the Options to vest BIOQUELL has to report earnings per share growth of RPI + 7.5% per annum for three years.
