Grant of Options to Director

The Company announces that on 7th April 2009, following the successful promotion of Stewart Darling to the Company's Board, it granted options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each to Stewart Darling at an exercise price of 125 pence. The options may be exercised after 7th April 2012.

Following this grant Stewart Darling holds 100,000 options in the Company.
