Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or "the Company")
Grant of Options to Director
Livermore announces that on 13 May 2008 it agreed to grant options (the 'Options') over a total of 500,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 30p per share to Richard Rosenberg, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. The grant of options is being made under the Livermore Investments Group Limited Discretionary Consultant Share Option Plan 2006.
The Options will vest in equal tranches on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of the grant of the Options:
