Grant of Options

On 29 January 2010, the Company issued an RNS announcement regarding the granting of options over 82,500 shares of 1.0p each, including 7,500 to Denis Mullan the Finance Director.

Due to an internal administrative error, the notification to HMRC was filed beyond the permitted 92 day timescale and HMRC has refused it.

Consequently, as a replacement of those options which have been refused, the Company announces the award of options on 82,500 ordinary shares to certain senior and middle management employees, including an award of options over 7,500 ordinary shares to Denis Mullan, Finance Director. All of the options are exercisable at 177.5p (being the closing price on 15 July 2010) between 15 July 2013 and 15 July 2020.
