The options have been granted at a price of 22.00p pershare, being the closing price on 2 May 2006. As part of this overall grant,Barry Mence, Andrew Michuda and Arif Karimjee, being respectively Sopheon'sChairman, CEO and CFO, have each been granted options over 100,000 ordinaryshares.
