The identity of the recipient of theoption in the first paragraph was omitted in error. The full correct version of the announcement appears below: The Company announces that on 8 June 2006, Roger McDowell, non-executive director of the Company, together with his immediate family, granted options over, in aggregate, 1,000,000 existing ordinary shares in the Company, currently held by Willbro Nominees Limited, to David Jackson, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, at an exercise price of 50 pence per share. These options are exercisable up to the 31st October 2008. In addition, David Jackson, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, granted options over 100,000 of his existing ordinary shares in the Company to Simon Foster, Deputy Chief Executive of the Company, at an exercise price of 50 pence per share. These options are also exercisable up to 31st October 2008.
