Grant of Options
Nature Group PLC (AIM: NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces the award of options to certain of its employees and directors (the "Options") in respect of a total of 1,420,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") under its current share option plan (the "Global Share Option Plan").
Following the issue of the Options, details of which are set out below, the total number of Ordinary Shares under option represents 3.1 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Under the terms of the Group Share Option Plan, the Options have an exercise price of 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share and will vest one year from the date of grant and be exercisable for a period of three years from the date on which they first vest.
Following the grant of the Options, the directors' interests in Ordinary Shares are:
