Grant of Options
The Company announces that pursuant to the Filtronic plc all employee HMRC approved sharesave plan approved by shareholders on 19th September 2008 ("the Sharesave plan"), the following options over Filtronic plc ordinary shares have been granted on 17th February 2009. The option price is 25p. The open date under the Sharesave plan is 1st April 2009 and the maturity date is 1st April 2012.
