Grant of Options
Stanley Gibbons announces that on 6 May 2011 the following options over ordinary shares of 1p in the Company were granted to Executive Directors for nil consideration under the Company's 2010 Share Option Plan. The share options, which were all granted at the closing mid market price on 5 May 2011 of 179p per share (the "Grant"), are exercisable subject to the extent that a performance condition based on the Company's adjusted earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 is met.
