HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces that on 9 December 2019 a total of 907,500 options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to employees and directors, pursuant to HML's employee stock option plan. The Options were granted at nil-consideration with an exercise price of 32 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable between 3 and 10 years from the date of grant.
