Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 17 July 2009, pursuant to the System C Healthcare plc Company Share Option Plans (the "CSOP") the following directors of the Company were granted options over a total of 3,100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each as detailed below:

In addition, the Company has today granted options pursuant to the CSOP over a further 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares in aggregate to other members of the senior management of System C. These options are exercisable between 17th July 2012 and 16th July 2019, at a price of 49p per Ordinary Share.
All of these options are subject to the achievement of performance criteria as determined by the Remuneration Committee, and as required under the rules of the CSOP.
