Grant of options

Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) (the "Company" or "Mobile Streams"), today announces that the Board has granted 2,383,594 options over ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company to 37 members of staff under the Global Employee Share Option Plan. The options were granted on 30 July 2013 and have an exercise price of 70p. The options vest in three equal tranches on the first, second and third anniversaries following the date of grant. The options are exercisable for a period of 10 years following the date of grant.
