Intimas Group PLC25 September 2006 Intimas Group plc Intimas Group plc ("the Company") is a designer and supplier of ladies' intimateapparel, with a portfolio of brands including Lepel, Charnos Lingerie, Ted BakerIntimates and "By Caprice" Lingerie Grant of Options under the 2006 Share Option Scheme On 22 September 2006 the Company granted share options for 1,449,656 OrdinaryShares of 5p each. The exercise price of the options is 14.25p. The options areexercisable between 22 September 2009 and 22 September 2011, subject toperformance criteria being met. Share options were granted to two directors as part of this arrangement.
