Landore Resources Limited07 September 2007 Landore Resources Limited ("Landore" or "the Company") Grant of Options Landore announces that on 5 September 2007 the board of the Company approved thegrant of options over 1,975,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme.The options were granted as follows: Director Options granted Options held following this notification William Humphries 500,000 4,300,000Richard O Prickett 500,000 3,600,000James Garber 500,000 2,000,000 The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the fifthanniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 15 pence pershare.
