Adventis Group PLC04 July 2005 ADVENTIS GROUP PLC ("the Company") Grant of Options Adventis Group plc announces that it has granted options over 401,532 OrdinaryShares at an option price of 31 pence per share under the Company's share optionschemes. Of the options awarded, options over 125,000 Ordinary Shares at an option priceof 31 pence per share, were awarded to Charles Phillpot, a director of theCompany. The Options may be exercised with effect from 1 July 2008 and willexpire on the 10th anniversary of their award.
