Grant of options
The Board of ZOO Digital Group plc announces that on 4 September 2008 the Board cancelled all previously issued share options and granted in total 2,317,397 options, representing 12.9% of the issued share capital, to its employees, all of which are capable of being exercised at an exercise price of 15 pence per share, of which the following were granted to the following directors:

The final 30 per cent. of the Option may be exercised following the third anniversary of the Date of Grant.
