CentralNic Group plc (AIM:CNIC) announces that on 28 April 2015, the Company granted 500,000 EMI Options to Glenn Hayward, a Director of CentralNic, at an exercise price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share based on the middle market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares at the close of business on 28 April 2015. The Options will vest on 10 February 2017.
