PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has been notified on 23 September 2008 that the following Directors of the Company were today granted options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below:

495,785 of the options issued were granted pursuant to the rules of the PLUS Markets Unapproved Share Option Plan and 2,769,215 options pursuant to the PLUS Markets EMI Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of 8.92 pence per Ordinary Share. They are exercisable during the period from 23 September 2011 until 22 September 2018 and will only become exercisable if a share price based performance condition is achieved.
