ZincOx Resources PLC16 January 2007 For immediate release ZincOx Resources plc Grant of options The Company announces that on 16 January 2007 the following options to subscribefor ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company were granted under theExecutive Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme") to the following directors of theCompany, in each case at a subscription price of £2.625 per ordinary share: Andrew Woollett - 123,032 Michael Foster - 109,362 Simon Hall - 95,692 Each of the above options is exercisable, subject to the terms of the Scheme,between 16 January 2009 and 16 January 2017.
