Grant of Share Options
The Company announces that on 28 April 2011, it granted options to senior managers over a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The options are subject to the achievement of performance criteria as determined by the Remuneration Committee, and as required under the rules of the Company's 2002 Share Option Scheme. The options granted on the 28 April 2011 are normally only exercisable if the average of the pre-tax, pre-exceptional earnings per share of the Group for the three years ending 31 December 2013 exceed 61.83p being 113% of the pre-tax, pre-exceptional earnings per share figure for the year ended 31st December 2010.
