Grant of Options
Factual media company Ten Alps plc - producing TV, online and print - has granted options, on 2 April 2009, over a total of 276,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 27p per share to certain directors of the Company under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("USOS") as detailed below.
The USOS options will vest between 3 April 2012 and 02 April 2019. There are no performance conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to vesting / exercise.

Directors Holdings
Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Connock is interested in 3,243,706 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Connock is also interested in 740,750 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the grant of options, Sir Bob Geldof is interested in 3,855,978 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Sir Bob Geldof is also interested in 690,750 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Patel is interested in 18,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Patel is also interested in 740,750 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Dunleavy is interested in 84,900 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.13% of the issued shares capital of the Company. Mr Dunleavy is also interested in 492,000 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
