Grant of options
The Group announces that, pursuant to the Group's unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme") the Board has granted options over 170,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, all at an exercise price of 685p pence per share. Options were granted to the following Director:

All of the options issued above are exercisable from 25 September 2021 until 24 September 2033 with the conditions that the average annual dividend increase (excluding special or exceptional dividends) is 10% above the rate of UK CPI; dividend cover (excluding special or exceptional dividends) is no less than 2 times; and "Total Shareholder Return" is at least 10% above the average for the FTSE Small Cap, between the date of grant and the date of exercise.
