Grant of Options
Nature Group PLC (AIM: NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces the establishment of a new share option plan (the "Group Option Plan") and the award today of a total of 2,150,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to certain of its employees and directors (the "Options"). The Options represent 2.7 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Under the terms of the Group Option Plan, the Options will vest one year from the date of grant and will be exercisable for a period of four years from the date on which they first vest. All Options have an exercise price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market share price on 31 July 2014, which represents a premium of 103 per cent to the closing mid-market price on 23rd February 2015, the date prior to the grant of the Options.
Executive directors of the Company, Andreas Drenthen, Jan Vesseur and Kieron Becerra have each been granted 200,000 Options on the terms outlined above. Following the grant of Options, the directors' interests in Ordinary Shares are:

* A.H.U. Drenthen is a 25% shareholder in Port Invest B.V. which owns 19,000,000 Ordinary Shares. In addition, Mr Drenthen is directly interested in 150,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, Mr Drenthen is interested in an aggregate of 19,150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.15% of the issued share capital of the Company. | |||
